Shantelle Robillard is a traditional Indigenous woman and proud member of Fisher River Cree Nation living in Winnipeg, MB. She has a positive attitude and a passion for encouraging productive and diverse work relationships. An excellent communicator with over 10 years of experience offering administrative support, Shantelle has been able to add human resources, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payables, along with staff engagement initiatives to her portfolio of experience in the past three years.

Shantelle’s experience working with programming, events, and making opportunities available to those who could benefit from it the most is something she thoroughly enjoys. Through those efforts, she has been able to cultivate and nurture relationships with Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities throughout her working career.

Her ability to multi-task, communicate, empathize, and relate to others positively impacts cross cultural recruitment activities and nurtures relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Her passion to bring Indigenous and non-Indigenous candidates and organizations together for mutually beneficial relationships is her driving force. Her hope is that the relationships made and fostered today will lay a solid foundation for future generations to come.
