Why do you need employment legislation in the first place? What is the history behind workplace standards? And, what standards should you follow; Federal or Provincial? What about the Human Rights code? This program will focus on the history behind employment legislation and will provide a “deep dive” on employment legislation as it relates to Indigenous communities.
