Course details

Level one

  1. Inter-relationship Between Compensation Strategies & Employee Evaluations (Level 1, Course 1): Organizations have long grappled with identifying the optimal method for gauging employee satisfaction levels. The challenge arises from the fact that not all managers and employees grasp how evaluations contribute to the organization's broader compensation strategy and assess their own performance. Effective performance management hinges on managers accurately defining performance expectations, a crucial factor in driving overall organizational success. It's important to recognize that a one-size-fits-all approach won't suffice, as diverse roles necessitate tailored evaluation templates at various levels within the organization.
  2. Change Behaviour Through Positive Discipline (Level 1, Course 2): Effective communication plays a pivotal role in ensuring employees comprehend when they aren't meeting expectations. As the ultimate objective is to alter behaviors or outcomes, substantial emphasis should be placed on fostering clear communication. It's important to acknowledge that the need for change might not solely rest with the employee; it could also pertain to the process or the manner in which information is conveyed. When executed proficiently, adopting a positive discipline approach can be perceived by employees as a collaborative endeavor to achieve desired outcomes.
