The challenge:

Legacy Bowes Group was contacted by a new middle manager who wanted to develop a five year plan.

Our solution:

Using the facilitated planning method, we involved all staff in a three day planning retreat. Following the retreat, the manager completed his action planning. Three years later, our consultant was invited to meet with the Manager and explore the results. The implementation was very successful and led to a promotion.
