Our client, a national food producing manufacturer had recently merged two family owned businesses into their portfolio and required a consultant to staff up an entirely new finance and accounting team.

Our solution:

Using a networking and sourcing strategy, we were able to identify potential candidates that would make a good team, screened them and presented them to the client. All candidates were accepted and stayed with the client on a long term basis.
