As a senior consultant in management search for Legacy Bowes Group, Gail brings with her over 25 years of experience in the recruitment, selection, supervision and motivation of sales professionals. Prior to joining Legacy Bowes Group, Gail held several challenging roles such as Senior Search Consultant, as well as Manager, National Sales and Development, Director of Advertising and Senior Account Executive in the highly competitive print and distribution industry.

Gail’s natural ability to assess and determine the needs of clients enables her to quickly develop trusted relationships that result in numerous successful recruitment and executive search engagements. Her hands-on sales leadership expertise, her skills pertaining to employee development as well as her broad business and social network has earned Gail an enviable reputation for being able to successfully source and identify qualified professionals that result in long term and strong candidate/employer relationships.

Gail thrives on working with clients who are very quality and goal oriented and who want to develop excellence through enhancing their people resources.  She knows how businesses run both from the sales and the operational side of the equation and can easily relate to the challenges that clients experience.

Gail holds the Certificate in Management (CIM) from the University of Manitoba and the Professional Manager (P. Mgr) designation from the Canadian Institute of Management. In addition, she is an active member in the Canadian Institute of Management, Manitoba Chapter, a volunteer Account Executive for United Way and over the years, has been active in several industry associations.
